  The fourth quarter was full of meaningful lessons that helped me grow academically and personally. One of the topics that stood out to me was research defense tips, which helped me understand how to confidently present and explain our research. Since I am currently working on a research project as a Grade 10 student, these tips were very helpful in preparing for possible questions and organizing our ideas clearly. It made me realize that research is not only about gathering information but also about explaining and defending it properly. We also studied topics related to pagkamamamayan, sekswalidad, and El Filibusterismo. These lessons helped me understand more about our responsibilities as citizens and the importance of respecting people’s identities and rights.   The 124th Foundation Day of Ilocos Sur National High School (ISNHS) was a memorable celebration that brought together students, teachers, and staff to honor the long history of the school.
